Hi there! Michael and Erin here, the owners and artists behind MerNation. Yep, you read that right. We are a husband and wife team who single handedly make every single product that comes out of our studio. That means, from emailing MerNation to wearing a tail made by MerNation, it’s the two of us exclusively you’re dealing with.

Erin brings her years of experience as a performing professional mermaid to each tail we make. Understanding the fit and function of a silicone tail through firsthand knowledge and experience is invaluable to creating the perfect tail.
With a B.S. in Marine Biology, and a lifelong passion for art, Erin tackles each tail she makes with the discerning eye of a scientist and the whimsical flare of a little girl who just loves mermaids.
Not to be outdone, Michael also has an extensive resume working in the underwater world as a SCUBA Instructor. Traveling the world and diving some of the world’s most exotic sites, inspires his work on your tails every day.
