Materials & Options

We make our tails entirely from 100% “SmoothOn” brand, platinum cure dragon skin silicone only. No “food grade” or caulking type silicone is used in any part of our manufacturing process. This ensures the best quality silicone tail on the market.

All of our tails are made with a Finis Shooter fiberglass blade professional monofin built into the fluke. Designed for the most aggressive ocean swimming, this monofin is comfortable and functional and customized to fit your specific shoe size.

Each tail is made to order and individually hand painted by Erin. Paint colors are all shimmery and have a high quality metallic effect with a more dynamic nature than shown in the flat color swatches above.
Please note that small variations in color/pattern is a normal part of the custom painting process. Each color is hand mixed and airbrushed on your tail to create a one-of-a-kind product and these small variations should in no way be considered a defect.
Computer screens may cause color variations and colors shown are for example only.

The Genesis tails come standard with our classic rounded scales and built in smooth blended waist. You can choose between our beautiful Croix and Genesis Flukes.

Sizing

Every tail is custom made to order, which means your tail is made to your specific measurements. We do not use generic “Small/Medium/Large etc” sizing as our tails are custom designed to fit any and all body sizes.

The combination of our required specific measurements and our unique “duct tape dummy” method ensures a perfect fit every time. When you are ready to order, we will send you a detailed set of instructions and video guide showing how to accurately measure and make your “duct tape dummy”. You will then mail us the folded up dummy and measurement sheet which we will use to construct your tail.

The price of a Genesis Edition tail is $2300 plus shipping.
Shipping is a flat $120 within the contiguous US.
International shipping will be quoted based on location, but generally ranges from $150-$350

We have 20 beautiful metallic, shimmery colors you can choose from
How many colors can I use for my tail?
You will choose any 2 of our provided 20 color options to create your tail
What will the design look like?
One color (Color A) will be used for the sides of the tail and the “veins” on the fluke.
One color (Color B) will be used down the center of the tail and bottom of the fluke
Keep in mind that the 2 colors are blended together so there are many beautiful “in between” colors that will appear as the tail comes to life!
Can I modify this or choose other colors?
At this time the colors listed and overall design is not able to be modified
